Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA Scholarship 2023) applications are now being taken for a PhD course in Singapore. SINGA is thus a collaboration between ASTAR and the Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (ASTAR). Furthermore, SINGA Graduate Awards are available to all foreign students around the globe. Also, Doctorate programmes will offer in English at ASTAR Research Centers, NTU, NUS, and SUTD or SMU in the classroom of your choosing. Eligibility Criteria
- All international graduates with a solid academic foundation and a desire to conduct study encourage to apply.
- Good grasp of the English language, both written and spoken.
- It earned good scores from academic reviewers.
- The above-mentioned qualification criteria are inadequate.

Financial Coverage of SINGA Scholarship 2023
The grant covers up to four years of PhD education and comes with the following perks:
- Education is a financial expenditure.
- S$2,200 monthly honorarium, rising to S$2,700 after clearing the Qualifying Examination.
- There is a one-time travel reward of up to S$1500 available.
- A one-time settling-in stipend of S$1,000 is provided.

All candidates must provide the necessary information:
- Passport.
- All certificates and papers are required.
- GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT I & II, and GATE scores are not needed.
- For Ph.D. study, a supervisor is needed.
- Resume.
- Letters of reference.
- A passport-sized picture taken recently.
- Previously published study papers (if available).
- Please bear in mind that you will ask to name your chosen supervisors on the registration form.
Important Notice

- No physical versions of papers should be sent to the SINGA Office.
- Please submit submissions as soon as feasible. Because only applications with two recommendation reports will be considered, your references will have plenty of time before the application date to send their online recommendation reports.
