AIAS Foundation Scholarships 2024-2025 are now being accepted in California, United States of America. Applicants must intend to work as an early career professional in any aspect of game development, including art, animation, programming, engineering, game directing, game design, sound design, legal, marketing, and business administration. Applications for the AIAS fellowship accepted from adequately qualified undergraduate and postgraduate students who intend to pursue a career or work as an early professional in any area of game development.

The Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences Foundation (AIAS) awards scholarships to students and early-career professionals interested in game design, development, and business. Eligibility Criteria

You must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at an approved institution or university during the 2024-2025 academic year. OR work as a young professional (during the first two years of your career).
You must be at least 21 years old by February 6th, 2024, and if under 21, you must acknowledge that you are ineligible to participate in D.I.C.E. Summit events, including the on-site mentor programme.
Minimum GPA is 3.3 out of 4.0. • Major in any subject.
Applicants are not need to be citizens or permanent residents of the United States to apply.
According to federal law, any noncitizen. A scholarship winner cannot include on the publicly available “Specially Designated Nationals” terrorism watch list.
Family members of AIAS Foundation board members are unable to apply.
Family members of AIAS Foundation board members and staff, as well as individual substantial donors to the Foundation (contributions of at least $1000), are not eligible applicants.
Academic institutions must accredite by the country’s or nation’s standard and usual university/college accrediting agency. Furthermore, when an academic institution’s accreditation is challenged, the Foundation has exclusive authority over whether students at that school are eligible for Foundation scholarships.
Applicants who have already obtained a scholarship are unable to apply.

Further, the Foundation provides full scholarships to students from its target region seeking to pursue a Master’s degree in the United Kingdom. Academic fields are not prohibited; however, candidates must demonstrate how their selected course would benefit the region.
